Why has my account been closed without any explanation, and why are they withholding my money? I really just want this awful experience to be over, have my funds paid, and not use Betway ever again. Update: all I have received from BetWay is this vague response: “We’ve reviewed your account and found that the actions taken were in accordance with our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when signing up. ![]() I need it to pay my bills, and I can’t believe they are withholding it without any reason or communication. A week later I still haven’t received any response or my money back, even after sending emails asking what they need from me in order to pay out my money. ![]() The link didn’t work properly for me, and then without any notification my account was closed. When I tried to withdraw a thousand, I was sent an email saying I needed to do another verification. I signed up, was verified, deposited a few thousand pounds and won a couple thousand more. I’m so upset about my experience with Betway. ![]()
